ኢት ኢንክሉሲቭ ፋይናንስ ቴክኖሎጂ አክሲዮን ማህበር ህዳር 21/2017 ዓ.ም ከጠዋቱ 3 ፡ 00 ጀምሮ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ በሀርመኒ ሆቴል ልዩ ቦታው ቦሌ መድኃኔዓለም አካባቢ ከቀድሞው ኤድናሞል 100 ሜትር ወረድ ብሎ የሚገኝ ሲሆን በዚሁ ሆቴል የ9ኛ መደበኛ እና የ8ኛ መደበኛ አስቸኳይ የጠቅላላ ጉባኤ ስብሰባ ያካሄዳል፡፡ ስለዚህ እርስዎ ወይም ህጋዊ ወኪሎዎ እንዲገኙልን በታላቅ አክብሮት ጥሪያችንን እያስትላለፍን ዝርዝር አጀንዳዎችም ከዚህ በታች ተመላክተዋል። ጉባኤው በንግድ ህጉና በመመስረቻ ጽሑፍ የአሰራር ስርአት መሰረት የሚካሄድ ሲሆን የጉባኤው አጀንዳዎችም የሚከተሉት ይሆናሉ፡፡
1/ የ9ኛ መደበኛ ጉባኤ አጀንዳዎች
1.1. ምልዐተ ጉባኤ መሙላቱን ማረጋገጥና ማጽደቅ፣
1.2. የጉባኤውን ድምጽ ቆጣሪ መሰየም፣
1.3. የማህበሩን የ2023/24 አመታዊ የስራ አፈጻጸም ሪፖርት ማድመጥና ማጽደቅ፣
1.4. የማህበሩን የ2023/24 የውጭ ኦዲተር ሪፖርት መርምሮ ማጽደቅ፤
1.5. የአመታዊ ትርፍ ክፍፍል ላይ ውሳኔ መስጠት፣
1.6. የጉባኤውን ቃስ ጉባኤ መርምሮ ማጽደቅ ይሆናል፡፡
2/ የ8ኛ አስቸኳይ ጉባኤ አጀንዳዎች
2.1. ምልዐተ ጉባኤ መሙላቱን ማረጋገጥና ማጽደቅ፣
2.2. የጉባኤውን ድምጽ ቆጣሪ መሰየም፣
2.3. የኩባንያውን ካፒታል ስማሳደገ የቀረበ የውሳኔ ሀሳብ ላይ መወያየትና ማጽደቅ
2.4. የጉባኤውን ቃለ ጉባኤ ማጽደቅ ናቸው፡፡
